Questions We Get

Commercial & Industrial Flooring, Straight Answers

Do you handle both industrial facilities and commercial businesses?
Yes. We run both as one contractor: warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers on the industrial side, offices, retail, and business spaces on the commercial side. Same crews, same equipment, same 20+ years of experience.
How long does a project take?
It depends on square footage and current slab condition. Our new equipment lets us move through large spaces faster than before. We'll give you a specific timeline after the free walkthrough.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Yes. We build the schedule around minimizing downtime, whether that means off-hours work for an active facility or weekend installs for a business that can't close.
What's the difference between grind & seal, polished concrete, and epoxy?
Grind and seal is a faster, budget-friendly protective coating. Polished concrete is a mechanically ground, longer-lasting finish. Epoxy is a resin coating chosen for chemical resistance or a decorative look. We'll recommend the right fit for your space and budget during the estimate.
Do you handle large or multi-building projects?
Yes. Our current equipment is built for spaces from 5,000 up to 200,000+ sq ft, including multi-building and multi-floor projects.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Premier Polishing is licensed and insured, BBB A+ rated, with 20+ years of experience, Husqvarna HiperFloor certification, and Elite Crete Systems certification.
